Good thing you did not get me to feed the birds! I have a crack in my knee cap. Bone scan Friday. I think they put my knee cap in the wrong place because all I have done is bike,water, and pre core. Big operation to remove lower cap. Will get real story next Wed. I am FUCKING MAD! Going birding in Columbia in Dec. I better be walking!
